Property Profiles
Property profiles are one of the key features of the Real Estate CRM. Each parcel and address can have their own property profile page. This page will display the property details, characteristics and other features that are associated with the property.
Some details are universally available, such as address and lot size. While other are unique to the user and account owner such as property owner data and notes.
This allows you to easily create marketing farms, manage listings and track each and every property you want.
Our property import function allows you to import any amount of property records and have them show up in your CRM system. In most cases, Partners input title records from their local title rep. Our software will map each record and give you instant access to all the property data.
How to Add a Property
- – Login to WE ARE REALTY PARTNERS
- – Click the Add Lead or Add Contact button in the side menu or Go to the property page and click the “plus” icon
- – Enter the address of the property and additional details then click save
- – Review the property page and take action
