Write a Purchase Offer

Up until now, you’ve been sifting through the offers to determine which one matches your current and future objectives. Indeed, at this point, you can still make counter-offers until the Purchase Offer is agreed upon.

Purchase Offer contracts include the following information:

  • Names of all parties involved in the transaction
  • The rights and obligations of the parties involved
  • Residential Purchase Agreement
  • Contingencies
  • Deposit amount (this further officiates the document as a binding Purchase Offer)
  • The who, what, where, why and when of closing costs
  • Escrow Closing date
  • Specifically, when the buyer assumes possession of the property
  • Offer expiration
  • Arbitration Clause
  • All parties’ signatures
