Link Contact to Property

Real Estate Leads can be lost in the sea of your database very easily. To avoid missing a lead, its best to always link them to the property that have inquired about. 

How to link a contact to property

Option 1

• – Login to the WE ARE REALTY CRM
• – Add the Contact/Lead or click into the contact profile
• – Select the property tab
• – Click the “Link Property” button
• – Select the property, property type and click save

How to link a contact to property

Option 2

• – Login to the WE ARE REALTY CRM
• – Add the Property to click into the selected property
• – Scroll to down and click the “Link contact to property” button
• – Select the property, property type and click save
