Listing Updates
We found that one of the major points of frustration with Listing Clients was a lack of communication. Communication with the property owner(s) is critical to ensure you can close the deals and keep the trust you initial built. Subpar communication with your Client could result in friction in coming to terms with a purchase agreement and the risk that will will not extend the listing period if the property is not sold in time.
Schedule an action within the CRM system to create an update email that will send to your Client. This email will allow your client to continue to have faith that we are executing our marketing plan, update him on any progress and interest and inform him on the next steps to take in the coming week.
