Lease Compliance

In order to finalize the transaction and receive office approval to release a commission disbursement, all files should be submitted and approved by the compliance team.

The Document Approval Process:

Step 1 – Upload and Submit document
Step 2 – Compliance Reviews
Step 3 – Make necessary corrections and Resubmit (if rejected)
Step 4 – File is approved

 

Once all required documents have been submitted and approved according to the transaction checklist, the transaction will be fully approved, commission disbursements made and the transaction status changed to “closed.”
