This document is used when a Tenant will be including an approved animal into the premises. 

Benefits of the Pet Addendum:

• – Ensures you approve the specific animals allowed
• – Ensure proper hygiene
• – Limits the Owners legal liability
• – Option to require Pet and Renters Insurance
