Lead-Based Paint & Hazards Disclosure (C.A.R. Form FLD)

This document is used to disclose the potential of paint containing lead within a premises built prior to 1978. This is required whether there is known or no known use of lead based paint.

This document helps protect the Landlord and Broker/Agent from potential liability while giving the Tenant knowledge to take additional steps to examine the premises.
