Tenant Rules

Rules are not required with every property but recommended. Each draft of tenant rules should be customized to the specific property. 

Tenant rules must fit within the legal guidelines, such as no rules discriminating against a protected class. Rules can be used to point out specific things with the property like no piling up of excessive trash, community guidelines and other items to keep the property in a good condition.
