In order for a client to Submit an Application, you will need to provide them with the property listing that includes your Agent Referral Code. This customized link is simple to share through the WE ARE REALTY website of mobile apps. 

This link ensures they can view the proper listing and that you are the Agent of Record to ensure you commission is rewarded and you can view and modify the submitted application.

If a client requests a paper application, it is best to provide a PDF or printed copy of the Realtor Association approved lease application. This document can be completed, scanned and uploaded to the CRM application system.

Every application should include these details:

• Full Name of Application
• Full Names of all Tenants
• Previous Living History
• Employer
• Financial Overview
• Emergency Contact
• Additional Details
• Rental Price and Security Deposit
• Move in Date

These details and more should be collected and properly verified.
