Apartments.com is a third party website that is owned and operated by CoStar. It is also one of the largest rental digital market place in terms of web traffic and a great source for free leads. 

The tutorial above goes through the process of creating a free account and posting a new residential lease listing to the system. Unfortunately, the Apartments.com website does not synchronize with the multiple listing service so each listing needs to be added to their system manually.
