WE ARE REALTY Inc. is a full service property management company which allows you to sell additional services and be entitled to recurring commission revenue. 

A normal lease listing agreement does not include property management services. Generally, there is a separate property management agreement that will give the Company the authority to represent the owner for day-to-day matters. This would include collecting rents, handling maintenance requests, paying necessary expenses and providing a online portal for tenants and property owners to view all the details of their property at anytime.
