Prospecting for Lease Listings requires targeted marketing to identify property owners in need of your services.
Referrals – Also known as your “Personal Sphere.” This includes close friends, family and past clients or a referral from one of those.
For Rent By Owner – Property owners that are attempting to lease their home without an agent and using basic marketing.
Circle Prospecting – This is marketing to a geographic area or specific homeowners that you have limited or no previous relationship.
Expired Lease Listings – These are properties that were previously listed with a professional Broker and did not rent. These include expired, cancelled and withdrawn listings found on the local MLS.
Online – Leads originating from an online source such as social media, google searches, banner ads or your website looking for property for rent.
