Title Report

Before we can begin to draft any legal agreements, including the authorization to market the property, we must verify that we are working with the proper legal owner(s).

There are a few ways to “pull” a title of a property and this verify depending on county:

• County Clerk (Only Method to get a OFFICIAL version)
• The MLS website
• Title Agent Website

A title report will include details such as the owners name, the tax mail address for the owner, the property address, assessor parcel number, the date the original structure was build, the official lot size, living area size, bedrooms and bathrooms.

If the official property title includes more than one owner, always ensure all parties are present and agree to any agreement.
